'Tis the season for giving – and SP Mobility is gifting you with not one, but two FREE 3kWh EV charging voucher to power your festive adventures! It's our way of celebrating EV drivers like you who choose green – all year round.

 

You can claim and use your vouchers simply by following the steps here.

 

🎁 TWO chances to claim (you can only claim once per voucher drop):

  • 1,500 vouchers drop on 1st December 2025 from 2pm - fully redeemed
  • Another 1,500 vouchers drop on 8th December 2025 from 2pm
  • First come, first served!

How it works: 

  • Claim the voucher in the SP app
  • Use the voucher to offset charging session with a minimum charge of 10kWh (psst, you can only use one voucher per charging session)

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How many times can I claim the Christmas voucher?

You may claim one (1) voucher for each batch of free voucher drop. Limited to the first 1,500 on a first-come first-served basis. The free vouchers will be available for claiming on:

  • 1st December 2025 from 2pm – 1,500 vouchers
  • 8th December 2025 from 2pm – 1,500 vouchers

2. How do I claim the voucher?

To claim and use the voucher, follow the steps here.

3. How do I use the voucher?

To redeem your voucher, follow these steps:

  1. Open the SP app and navigate to the “EV Charging” page
  2. Scan the QR code on the EV charger
  3. Tap "ChargeUP Rewards" and select your voucher
  4. Once the voucher status shows "Applied", proceed to charge your EV


The voucher value of 3 kWh will be automatically deducted from your charging bill. Please note that the voucher can only be applied to charging sessions of minimum 10 kWh. Strictly no refund of the 3 kWh voucher if you did not meet the minimum charge requirement of 10 kWh.

4. Can I use the voucher for AC or DC charging?

The voucher can be used for both AC and DC charging at EV chargers on SP Mobility's public network.

5. Where can I find my claimed voucher?

To locate your claimed voucher:

    1. Open the SP app and navigate to the “EV Charging” page
    2. Tap “ChargeUP reward points”
    3. Your claimed voucher will appear in the “Activity” page


6. When will my vouchers expire?

The vouchers are valid until 31 December 2025. Strictly no extension of validity upon expiry.

7. Can I give away my voucher, or exchange it for cash?

Each voucher is tied to the individual user account on SP app and it is not transferable. They are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Are vouchers stackable?

You can use the voucher as well as ChargeUP reward points to offset your charging bill. However, only one (1) voucher may be used for each charging session, no stacking allowed.

9. Am I eligible for ChargeUP reward points when I use the voucher to offset my charging bill?

Yes, you will earn ChargeUP reward points based on the balance payment amount of the charging transaction bill, after offsetting the voucher.

10. Can I use the voucher to offset idle fee?

The voucher can only be used to offset the charging bill, excluding idle fee.

11. Are fleet customers eligible for voucher promotions?

Yes, except for corporate fleet customers who are on a consolidated billing arrangement, i.e. the corporate customer pays for the charging and not the corporate customers' drivers.
